Not a bad day at all on the water! Tampa Bay served up solid action with both snook and redfish making an appearance. The morning started off with light winds and moving water—just right for working those mangrove lines and shallow flats.

Snook were hitting live bait and soft plastics, especially around structure with good current flow. A few slot-sized reds were also caught cruising the edges, with most of the action coming on cut bait and shrimp.

Despite some tough weather conditions in Tampa Bay, the redfish bite was good, and the girls absolutely killed it out there! We were able to locate a school of redfish in a shallow flat area, and once we found them, it was game on.
